We have appointed local agents in all major cities and specific instructions are given that during recruitment process to prefer employing candidates coming from backward & financially weaker section of society. Office attendants, peons or junior staffs from rural segment have been recruited in our Delhi Office in order to support them in their livelihood. Orphan youngster whose parent was a past employee has been recruited in our local agent office in Agra as well as two of the staff in our Delhi office.. |

For front end and field activity staff, we employ local people. We prefer employing local people in Delhi also as well as encourage our local agents to employ local staff who could facilitate the tourists with regard to local information if need be, as and when desire. Examples are transfer representatives (on full employment basis) as well as guides (on specific job hire basis). |

We prefer locally owned transport as well as recommend local restaurants especially for lunches which naturally support local community. These local restaurants are more cost economical and also gives a different view point to the tourist of that specific city. With regards to accommodation we cater to all segments of tourists ranging from Deluxe to Budget including backpackers. We have been instrumental to encourage homestay/bed and breakfast style of accommodation so that the tourist get the feel of “Home Away from Home” during their sojourn in India which also allows interaction with Indian families as well as knowing more about Indian traditions and cultural values. |

Litter is a huge problem in India where there is often limited or no infrastructure for waste disposal. We minimise our use of over packaged goods. To make efficient and hygienic disposal of organic waste, the lodges we patronize are using a process of decomposition by worms which is efficient, odorless and provides rich organic fertilizers for our organic farming on site. |

Initiative is taken by our team to provide appropriate suggestions / options for Tourists to be involved for contributing towards local projects for environmental gain. Guests are taken to the farming fields to show how fresh vegetables come from the organic farming at the Lodge where one can see a Varity of vegetables and fruits being cultivated. Old farming methods still prevail in certain pockets where cow dung etc., are used in lieu of modern agricultural techniques with fertilizers. |

We support Nature conservation activities which are promoted by Bandhavgarh Jungle Lodge and Kanha Jungle Lodge who house the two field stations called Kailash Sankhala Conservation Centers. |

We inform all clients of local customs & traditions. We encourage clients to dress and act in a responsible manner |

Upon specific demand from our clients, we arrange Visit to art galleries, Toilet museum, Local schools, Dilli Haat (where artisans display their talent of handicraft etc.,), Delhi Bharat Scout Centre. We also arrange to visit to old age home, blind school as well as poor children school where our valued guest can interact with them. In the past some of groups have already made donations to Blind school, old age home, etc., Tourist often partake in local traditions during their visit and interaction with above. Our management being patron of some of these institutions often contribute not only financially but also motivate them on a personal level with their time to the extent of helping the youth during their teenage as well as marriageable age besides adopting some of the more needy ones |

Under privileged, Orphan, Blind Children besides the old age home of senior citizens are residing in these hostels primarily operating on financial support and patronage by donations and charitable trusts. Foreign delegations are taken to these places where they can partake in teaching, entertainment, art and crafts activities alongwith children on a preset programme which naturally builds confidence amongst these needy lots and surely is a drop in the ocean and great hallmark of service to humanity. If any on going project such as expansion of a hostel wing or medicinal support in terms of equipment/medicine can be contributed by visitors in the form of donation. |

Local vendors primarily from economically weaker section are preferred to supply kitchen raw material as well as handicraft items for usages/sales to visitors staying at these eco-friendly lodges on our tour programmes. During season time, local staffs are recruited on daily wages to support the existing team in terms of service to the guests. |
